Principal's Message

The staff at Chaparral High School is dedicated to providing a positive learning experience for all students.  The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) recently recognized these efforts by awarding Chaparral High School the highest possible accreditation that is given in the State of California.  In addition, Chaparral High School was one of twenty-five schools, out of 504, that was selected by the State Board of Education to be a Model Continuation High School.  

 

The Snowline Joint Unified School District Mission Statement states, "Decisions should be made in the best interest of students.  Students should have the opportunity to excel and experience success in as many different ways as possible."  At Chaparral, we strive to inspire our students to reach their full potential academically, socially, and behaviorally.  Our goal is to promote confidence, instill success, and cultivate learning, so that students become effective communicators and problem solvers within their communities. Working together, we can achieve this goal!  We encourage parents to contact the staff and establish strong communication ties.  With continuous communications, we can prevent problems and create solutions!
